All of our connected devices come with QR code stickers that are unique to the device they come with. These QR code stickers have the same device ID as the device they come with, and should be used during the installation process to identify the location of each device on the reflected ceiling plan. Performing this step during the installation process drastically expedites the commissioning sequence, especially in larger installations.
The stickers have a QR code that contains the device’s MAC address and is able to be read by our mobile app. The labels also have an alphanumeric sequence, so the MAC address can be manually entered if needed.
